Mémoires de l'invisible : créer depuis le manque brings together two years of research-creation at Paris VIII University within the Master's in Fine Arts (Ecology of Arts and Media): theory, works and family archives woven into an original editorial form.
Captioned photographs — multiple names, diverse places, traversed geographies — sit alongside theoretical texts and artistic propositions within a single space. The four heritages that structure the practice — Vendéen, Breton, Kabyle and Tunisian — are deposited there in images and fragments of writing.
Neither catalogue nor thesis, the book is itself a memory-object: a form of désarchivage in act, where what cannot otherwise be transmitted finds a form of circulation and knowledge transmission.
